Solo Campanella contains 57 original tunes specifically written and/or arranged for playing in the Campanella style. Campanella is a style of playing where as many open strings are played within the constraints of the tune while the number of consecutive notes played on any one string are minimised. This is to allow the strings to resonate more, producing a ‘bell-like’ sound, allowing the ukulele to sound a bit like a harp.

Most tunes have been written assuming a certain level of experience in reading tablature/music score. This book is suited best for intermediate to more advanced players.
Tunes are mainly written in the folk, classical and Celtic genres.
Only one page turn in one tune. All other tunes require no page turns.
Tips and exercises on varying aspects of Campanella ukulele playing have been included to assist players with techniques required.
